Gone are the days . . .

When my little boy needed me to hold him up.

When he couldn't climb stairs

When he couldn't get around on his own.

Gone are the days . . .

when his hands were all he could put in his mouth

and milk was the only thing he ate.

Gone are the days . . .

when he didn't care what clothes he wore

when he hadn't formed his own opinions

when he loved the sound of mommy's voice.

These are the days . . .

of curiosity

of wonder

and delight.

These are the days . . .

That I will cherish.

Lindsey....What a sweet post. Loved the pics and the sentiments. He is sooo adorable, and I still think he loves the sound of his mommy's voice. You are a wonderful mom and Maddox is so lucky to have the special family that he does.
ps. That camera takes such beautiful pics...You are really getting the hang of it. Keep up the good work. LOVE YOU!
